DJ MANAGERS RULES
Please remember that as Managers we are setting the tone for the room, and an example for the other roomies in the room. We cannot expect them to follow the rules if we do not. Managers are directly under Johnny and are acting under his instruction. Supervisors are acting directly under Managers. If there are no Managers on, the Supervisors have the final say. Once again, there is no arguing. Continual arguing with Manager’s decisions will result in loss of admin privleges. A list of Managers and Supervisors is in the room banner.
The Manager role includes knowing the below admin and DJ Mic Supervisor rules however unless there are no admins or DJ Mic Supervisors in the room the Managers are only to concentrate on Manager rules and guidlines which apply more to the management of the room. Below are general managers rules.
39- Most females in BNI get hats. If the ladies are getting hassled a Manager must step in to assist non-admin females.
40- Managers should be assisting chatters with how to ignore other chatters in the room and how to block as well. This should be used first rather than a dot/bounce. It gives them the control and use less bounces.
41- Room should never be restarted without checkin with DJ Johnny T.
42- If someone is banned a pm MUST be sent to DJ Johnny T with reason for ban.
43- Under no circumstances is anyone to be unbanned by a Manager without prior approval by DJ Johnny.
